LOW-FAT & FAT-FREE CAN MAKE YOU FATTER!

Low-fat and fat-free diets cause hormonal havoc, vitamin A & D deficiencies, increase risk of heart disease, increased hunger & cravings and inhibit fat loss. Food manufacturers add sugar, HFCS & artificial sweeteners/chemicals to compensate when fat is removed. Eat Fat – it’s required for radiant skin, hair & nails, managing hunger, energy, cellular repair, insulin regulation, balanced hormones and a successful body fat loss. Did you know that eating “good fats” such as Omega 3 fish, almonds, walnuts, olive oil, coconut oil, olives, avocados, etc actually push out bad fat? One of the worst things America did to cause our country to be more obese was to manufacture low fat and fat free foods. When I told someone yesterday to start eating olive oil and lemon juice on her salads for her weight loss nutritional cleanse program she was getting ready to start, her response was, “I don’t understand putting oil on my salad…won’t that make me fat?” I love teaching people about what foods are healthy for them and what works! Eating healthy fats will also diminish inflammation in the body. Add some healthy fats into your diet today, cut out sugars and simple carbohydrates and watch the body fat start to come off!
