10 Things to Give UP to move forward! GIVE UP:

1. Opinions of others

2. The shame of past failures

3.Being indecisive about what you want

4. Procrastinating on goals I want

5. Choosing to do nothing (a confused mind does

nothing)

6. Your need to be right. Better to be happy!

7. Running from problems that need to be fixed.

8. Making excuses rather than decisions (or a story)

9. Overlooking the positive points in my life.

10. Not appreciating the present moment or the little

things!

 

How I do anything is how I do everything. If I’m

energetically aligned, my life will be too.
